No project is deemed confirmed until a formal agreement or initial payment is made. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any party at our discretion if terms are violated or for unethical or illegal usage.
All content, graphics, logos, videos, code, designs, and materials created by Zero Editor are our intellectual property and are protected under copyright and trademark laws. Upon full payment and project completion, limited rights may be transferred to the client as per the terms of the project agreement. We retain the right to showcase non-confidential work for portfolio and promotional purposes.
Clients must provide accurate and complete information during project discussions. Delays caused due to incomplete input, unclear instructions, or prolonged feedback cycles are not our responsibility. Clients are also responsible for ensuring they have legal rights to any third-party content they provide.
Zero Editor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party tools. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of such external sites. Use of any third-party services is at the user’s own risk and subject to their own terms.

All payments must be made according to the agreed project terms. Delayed payments may result in paused work, withheld deliverables, or additional late fees. No refunds will be provided for completed phases or delivered assets, except in cases of proven service non-performance or contractual breach.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client data, business strategies, and project details shared during the course of service. Any NDA, if signed, takes precedence over these general terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any project, website access, or client relationship if there is breach of contract, non-payment, abuse of staff, illegal activity, or misuse of our services. Any outstanding dues will remain payable upon termination.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
